Define the required view

Decide what a record must show and avoid unnecessary faces, labels, addresses, access details, or private property.

Connect the task reference

Select the appropriate project or route convention and add a non-sensitive task reference. Review records by contributor and date.

Do not overstate the photo

A photo record does not by itself prove receipt by a named person, replace a signature service, establish package condition, or settle a claim. Apply the carrier or customer's formal procedure.
